In the book, The Gap and The Gain, by Dan Kennedy, he shares that before you go to bed you should write down three wins that you had that day and three wins you intend to have tomorrow. This can create positive momentum for tomorrow as you can be happy about what you accomplished, as opposed to upset about what you didn't.Creating your wins lists is motivating because it can keep you from becoming overwhelmed. And, when you wake up with intention, it creates positive momentum to approach a brand new day!
