In today’s episode, what's been happening this past week?
1.We’re back in Ohio - As soon as we arrived on Tuesday, we went to our give back event which was with Sue and Parachute/Casa and it was really cool. It was neat to learn about that organization.
2. Video Shoots - We recorded all day long. Skyler is our videographer and he was recently in Florida. He flew to Ohio this time that way we could do some video shoots here at the office and with the entire team. He was with the team all morning, and then with us all afternoon.
3. FCI event - Tonight is the FCI event. Della is the one hosting tonight's event and we have an investor panel that's coming. We’re super excited to see those guys and for those who are in the guest list that said they’re coming.
4. Chris’ wedding - Our property manager with Independence Property Management. He is getting married this Saturday in Xenia, Ohio. We're excited for him and his soon to be wife, Tiffany.
5. Fitness updates - We recently did a podcast about 99 vs 100, this time we are referring to what we're doing with our meals and with everything for health for our vacation in Cancun. So we're counting down because we're doing the 100% of being good. We're not going to give in and today is day 32. We have 32 days honoring our commitment.
6. Deal updates - There's 3 deals that we're looking at, one is locally, another one is in Mississippi and is ready to go. We are just doing some final due diligence on it. And the other one is in North Carolina, it's still in negotiations. So that one looks like it's very promising and it's definitely going to happen.
