Top Six Rookie Mistakes that you can not make and actually start off on the right foot or get on the right foot if you're actually in the game already of real estate investing.
1) Not finding your tribe - Find time to find other like-minded people to be around, to share support, and to learn from one another.
2) Not clearly identifying your goals - Clarity in goals will give you clarity on what investment vehicles best serve those goals.
3) Not starting as soon as possible - Use the time to your advantage, get started as soon as possible, even if it is a baby step.
4) Not vetting people - Give no one your blind trust and vet everyone before you commit to working together.
5) Partnering too early - There is no rush, take your time.
6) Test the relationship first - Go deal by deal first before committing to a full partnership
