Have you ever experimented with what rest feels the best, when? 

This may be a bizarre idea so think about it like this…You have a very custom, individualized sweet spot for everything in your life. You have your favorite order of coffee, go-to playlist, and what I’m willing to bet is a very specific idea of what would be the best vacation ever. 

Your mind, emotions, and physical body are all uniquely interconnected and respond distinctly to a wide array of variables in every single circumstance. 

So when you need physical, mental, or emotional rest, you are getting a variety of signals to help you know what recipe of rest will be best for where you are *right* then.
