2. Recognize your impact: empathize with others and ask how they're doing
3. Give people a reason to care: remind them of the purpose of their work
4. Connect people: be accessible and responsive yourself, while connecting team members to each other
5. Provide challenge: find the right amount of stress for people to develop and be motivated
6. Give people choice: autonomy helps wellbeing
