Hear from Tom Baldrige, outgoing President & CEO of the Lancaster Chamber, as he reflects on his career journey, offers advice for emerging leaders in Lancaster County, and looks ahead at a new season of retirement. Tom retires from the Chamber on June 24, 2022 after 22 years of service to the Lancaster community. We thank Tom for his guidance, vision, and leadership of the Lancaster Chamber!
