Heather Valudes succeeded Tom Baldrige as President & CEO of the Lancaster Chamber at the end of June. Heather has served on the Lancaster Chamber team for 11 years including Vice President, Community Impact Director, and Advocacy Director. In her role as President & CEO, Heather utilizes the input of volunteers, staff, and the business community to build, implement, and manage the strategic plan and lead the team to fulfill the Chamber’s vision and mission. Heather also represents the business community on various task forces, committees, and Boards.
