On this week's edition of Mindset Matters, I was honored to be joined by Madison Kissel of Compass Denver, a woman who has risen to the ranks of some of Denver's most productive agents in record breaking time, with record breaking effort and talent.
Madison was kind enough to share her story of coming to Colorado, suffering a catastrophic skiing injury that could have derailed more than her career ambitions, and eventually recovering a finding an industry and opportunity that she has taken to levels of success few ever seen.
To me, Madison may be the exception to the rule in terms of the speed of her growth, but not an exception to the work she had to be willing to do to get there. Her drive, mindset and desire to be great shine through in her story.
