Nicky Yazbeck is a psychodynamic and EMDR therapist, yoga teacher, and plant medicine integration guide with nearly three decades of experience helping people reconnect with themselves. Her mission is to support individuals in ending people-pleasing and self-abandonment, unmasking old survival patterns, and cultivating healthier boundaries and self-trust.

Her work blends shadow work, somatic experiences, EMDR, insight-based therapy, and intuitive presence. Nicky specializes in trauma recovery, including PTSD, sexual and emotional abuse, relationship challenges, depression, and the integration of psychedelic, plant medicine, and spiritual awakening experiences. She also incorporates yoga and Kambo frog medicine as supportive, embodied practices within her work.

Her approach weaves deep empathy with practical tools, honoring both the nervous system and the soul in the healing process.
