Jesus is the standard for all of life.
Who are we elevating in our lives in place of Christ? Anything we choose (leaders, authors, podcasts, etc.) other than Him will let us down.
Three core characteristics/standards by which Jesus chose to reveal Himself:
A Child of God (John 1:12)
Humble (John 1:14 and 3:30)
Full of Grace AND Truth (John 1:14, 16-17)
