BIG IDEAS

• Big Idea #1: Do not grow weary of doing good
  If you are in Christ, you were brought from darkness to light, and the blessing of your story can be used by God to transform lives for His glory! Do not tire of telling your story. Do not grow weary in praying for the salvation of your friends and family. Paul’s persistence in sharing his testimony is a reminder for us to follow suit!
• Big Idea #2: Storm-tossed seas, shipwrecks, and the Gospel preached at Malta.
  We read many accounts in Scripture where God used storms (literal or figurative) to point people to Jesus, allowing for good to come from pain. The storms we face can do the same. God has a great track record of bringing beauty from pain.
• Big Idea #3: Paul witnesses to the Jews in Rome.
  Even in circumstances that left Paul on house arrest, and later awaiting his own execution, Paul’s diligence in preaching the Gospel is awe-inspiring. How can we live in a way that elevates God’s purpose for our lives above any other priority?
