Since the inception of JSA, Jaymie has focused on creating a culture that she refers to as family. Over the years Jaymie has created and deployed multiple news and networking channels for the data center and telecom industry including the Women's speaking initiative, which encourages a more diverse voices in her industry’s panels, keynotes, and virtual round tables. Her company Blog has over 170 readers, they have a weekly newsletter that is seen by over 28k readers, she has created JSA TV and hosts her own JSA Podcast. She is a published author, she is a member of the National Association fo Women Business owners, she has served on the boards of the American Shakespear center, Friends of the August County Library, and VHCF Equestrians. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude with the highest honors from Tufts University and a Masters in Fine Arts in Writing from New York University
