Hola Familia! Welcome back, thank you for your constant support and for joining us on our journey! This week, we are excited to share our next conversation on impactful topics! We will be talking about the importance of Men's mental health to help bring awareness and a deeper understanding to a topic that needs to be emphasizes and supported more.  

In this episode, Panchito and Joceline converse to analyze the importance of allowing men to be human and have a healthy mental health. They begin to talk about the impact of machismo and the stereotypes that are held around mental health-- both in therapy and in home.  They then go on to explain the concept of toxic positivity to emphasize the ways that it affects all individuals, including men.  Lastly,  they share coping mechanisms and good self help activities that can help you heal and begin to love your mental health and be able to then, hold a space for all men to feel comfortable.
