Andrew Greer is the CEO of Thomas Strafford Investments, and is a dominant force in the San Diego Real Estate World! Andrew previously was a stock broker, and during the '08/'09 recession, he went back to bartending to provide for his family. Using Youtube videos, and his previous book of business for investor and partner relationships, he was able to flip multiple properties, and eventually left bartending to go full time into Real Estate. He has since gotten into the development space, has grown a sales team, has created a successful networking group, and so much more!
