Have you ever felt so happy, content or filled with the Holy Spirit, that it felt like you were glowing? Now imagine that same feeling, but you're being accused of blasphemy which could result in your death! That's what Stephen was facing and yet, he glowed "with the face of an angel"! He relied on the Holy Spirit for his peace and wisdom during his time of need and that same Spirit is available to all of us in ours.
