You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’ Matthew 13:14-15
Jesus speaks in many parables in this chapter, but salvation, mercy and grace are free to all, if one's heart is soft, not calloused and one knows they need forgiveness. As we've seen for so many months, God cares about our hearts. If our hearts are open, we can have the fullness of God. So, join me in reading Matthew 13 and be encouraged!
