LORD, who may dwell in your sacred tent? Who may live on your holy mountain? Psalms 15:1
Kent Hughes writes, "When you are young, we want to have all the answers. As we get older, we learn that it is more important to ask the right questions. The right answer to the wrong question is the wrong answer. Herse 1 is the ultimate question. Who can live in God’s presence? Who is qualified to stand before him? Who can know him face-to-face now and forever? Who can go to Heaven?"
This question and the list provided used to depress me because I fail at all or most of the traits outlined! I, obviously, wasn't going to make it into heaven nor would I ever be able to stand in God's presence! I have too many flaws and even if I was able to curb them, too many were already committed! Then, I realized, Jesus covers those sins and has made me clean and covered over those sins!
