Hear me, my God, as I voice my complaint; protect my life from the threat of the enemy. Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the plots of evildoers. Psalms 64:1-2
Sometimes, it's as simple as hear me, save me and hide me. David found himself in a situation like that and reached out to the Lord those simple needs: hear me, save me and hide me! I've been there and I'm sure you may have also. What David then added to his plea was a confidence God would deliver him and hear his cries.
