In 1974, Ronald O'Bryan was in severe debt, so he took insurance policies on his two children.  Halloween night, he passed out large pixi stix to 5 children, including both of his.  Betting he would receive the insurance payout, and not wanting to get caught, he told a story of another man who laced the candy with potassium cyanide.  Find out what really happened, and learn some fun facts about Halloween!
