I am introducing a 3 part series called Get Healthy. I'll be discussing eating habits, meal prepping, healthy snacking, getting into the gym and more!
I know it's already summer, that doesn’t mean it's too late to start eating right and get healthy. We all like to be snatched but it's important that we are healthy for our overall health. I have been determined to eat healthy majority of the week, just like anyone else I have my slips and binge but I always try to find my way back to my normal routine. It's important to incorporate fruits and vegetables on a daily basis into your diet. I'll be giving a realistic what I eat in a week and give some meal ideas as well and meal prepping tips.
