Chronic Stress affects nearly everyone. And though we all cope as best as we can, it leaves virtually no cell in your body untouched. So many of the ills that plague our society have their genesis in chronic stress so clearly, we could all use better skills to mitigate it's effects. This class is my manifesto about Chronic Stress. I may be biased, but I think Yoga has the market cornered on useful, scalable, affordable tools for helping modern humans.
This practice is a yummy Yin with some immediately applicable tools and information regarding chronic stress and how you can cope. For practice you will need some pillows or a bolster, blocks and a blanket. I will tell you exactly how to use them in class so just hit play and de-stress.
