We are living through an incredibly stressful time. As we struggle with Covid-19 we are also experiencing extreme political unrest. It's hard not to let it get to you. Here is a practice to take a break, heal, gain perspective, self regulate. Mindfulness is just the most important tool that most of us aren't making full use of. This is a guide to employing mindfulness in your Yin practice but you will learn tools to use all the time. 

You will be amazed at how great you feel at the end of this hour. 

For class you will need some pillows and a blanket. If you have a Yoga bolster, blocks, blanket those will be handy.
