Description

This is a great practice to do if you need a little TLC. Do it when your hips feel a little tight or if you are suffering with some SIJ or piriformis discomfort. We will explore the unsung hero of good and functional movement, the fascia. Take the time to really feel and integrate these ideas as you move and breathe. It feels great! And you never even have to sit up!
