Description

This is a restorative-y Yin with somatics thrown in for good measure. In my work with students and clients, I find that the sacroiliac joint is quite misunderstood. This really chill practice invites you to explore the anatomy of the hip as well as the movement available to you. It feels so amazing, especially if you get achy in your hips and low back. This is a practice you should bookmark if you often have issues with your hip/low back on one side.

You will need a bolster, or a couple of pillows piled up, a couple of blocks and, if you are practicing on a hard floor, a blanket.
