Qarz-e jaan se nimat rahii hai hayaat
Paying its debt to life, this life
It’s turning back to life, this life
Just as the clouds disperse out there
Life too disperses here, this life
It can’t recognize its own face
So much smeared in dust, this life
Just as the sun sinks and sets down
So spreads now, now shrinks, this life
Many a scene in a scene alone
In many a part so breaks, this life
None could ever extend this life
Bit by bit Adeel, shrinks this life
