It’s a solo episode from me this week which is actually a recording from a 3-Day webinar I did a few weeks ago. On Day 2, I talked all about one of my favourite topics — mindset — as well as some of my favourite mindset hacks. 

Now, I know I talk about mindset ALOT, but these are the kinds of things we need to be reminded of every damn day — myself included — otherwise we forget, we go unconscious, and we fall back into our old patterns. 

The things I’m talking about in this episode are essential when it comes to cultivating a more empowering mindset, and subsequently living a better life. They're things I’ve been learning about and practicing for five years, and honestly, they’ve changed my life for the better.
