About Leah
Leah Lopez is a coach's wife, mom to three, Jesus lover, and you can find her watching Gilmore Girls and Golden Girls reruns. Even though she didn't talk until two, she has not stopped since and now uses this as a foundation for her career. Leah is a community educator for the Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency (LOPA).
Organ and tissue donation aren’t topics that are often brought up around the dinner table, but they are important things to consider. While giving us incredibly insightful information about the topic, Leah also reminds us that while this is a personal decision for each individual, it is important to make it with the accurate information of just how beneficial it can be. Her story and Becca’s story last week are an important reminder of why it matters so much.
