Amy has been coaching for over 10 years within her teen and women ministries. As a certified life and wellness coach through the Health Coach Institute, Amy understands that lifelong changes are brought about when someone commits to combining their physical and spiritual health.
A meal and event planning guru, Amy enjoys creating new recipes and cooking for family and friends. At her house, you are likely to get dinner and a show as she has a BFA in musical theater and still takes part in productions along with her 3 daughters.
You will often find Amy working alongside her youth pastor husband, Jason in Missouri. She serves as a chaplain in her local community through Marketplace Chaplains. She also does coaching through a local Christian counseling center and a virtual functional medicine doctor.
In her spare time, you may find Amy with a camera in hand as she loves capturing joy-filled moments in her photography.
