Mengchun "Meng" Chiang, Ph.D. is the founder of CHI Executive Consulting. Meng is an experienced consultant, executive trainer, and coach for leaders in higher education and tech industries on workplace inclusion and organizational wellness. Meng is the faculty director of the Leadership and Connection for Asian Women+ Leaders at the Tepper School of Business. Meng holds a clinical psychology license and is passionate about trauma-informed care, Asian/Asian American Mental Health, intersectionality, and well-being. Meng’s educational background includes Harvard Medical School and National Taiwan University. Meng currently serves as the Assistant Director of Training at Counseling and Psychological Services at Carnegie Mellon University.
