In this first episode, I tell you about myself and my experiences as an Advancement Coach & Strategist, lawyer, and professor. I delve deeper into what Apply Yourself: The Advancement Spot does and how we can help you take the next steps to achieving your goals. 

Here are some of the things we do at Apply Yourself: 

1. Applications - We coach and strategize with applicants from all demographic and socioeconomic backgrounds to prepare their graduate and professional school applications, from law school, to medical school, to Masters and PhD programs, other post-graduate programs, as well as professional applications and promotions processes. 
2. Coach and Strategize - We coach one-on-one with applicants to help them develop personalized applications that reflect their values and experiences, develop relevant skills, and make big moves to change and advance your academic and professional life. 
3. Support You! - We’re here to support you through the application process, career transitions, and promotions. We focus on you, not the competition. 

At Apply Yourself, we keep our approach holistic - we coach the person, we know that our personal lives affect our professional lives and vice versa! 

Since 2015, I have been coaching applicants and professionals across disciplines and sectors, helping them make big moves using strategies that work for them. We are so proud of our community, which has grown over the past 7 years. We are now at a new office space on Avenue Road in Toronto, just south of the 401.
