Personal branding matters to everyone and the way we present ourselves is so important, whether it be our physical appearance, on paper in our applications, or online on social media! Listen to this episode to learn more about:

2. Competency refers to your skills and abilities in whatever industry, field or position you’re in.
3. Character refers to the ways you show up for yourself and others. Are you reliable? Punctual? Do you add value in your work? Can you collaborate and be trusted in a team environment?
