The President's two-week golf vacation is over and he returned to the White House seemingly refreshed with a barrage of tweets designed to freak out both Americans and our allies (and possibly distract us all from the revelations that keep coming up out of the inquiries into the Trump campaign and Russia). And then the Guardian published an excerpt from the upcoming book, Fire and Fury, with some very interesting comments from former Trump adviser Steve Bannon - and all the fire and fury started emanating once again from the Oval Office.
