Terrie Lupberger is Director of Training for The Coach Partnership and was a Board Member of the ICF in its formative stages. Having worked in and with organizations for 25+ years, in various professional roles and across many industries and countries, you could sum up Terrie’s work as a changemaker who cares deeply about reducing suffering in organizations and creating healthier workplaces that can have a more significant, positive impact in the world. Terrie does executive and team coaching and consulting and currently teaches leadership, coaching, and team coaching in several global programs in Europe, Asia, and the U.S., including at the University of Miami. Her organizational experience combined with her varied studies in human potential and philosophy have resulted in a unique world view and approach to working with others.
