We all know to live our best life we need to have a good balance between work, play and life.   At just 21, Emma Chesterman burnt out and was told by doctors she’d be in bed for the rest of her life. She learnt her way back to health and has spent 10 years bringing that knowledge to help others avoid stress and burnout, and was invited to co-author three best-selling books. 

 

Emma now helps stressed women age 55-65 who are worried about burnout to overcome their stress and, as one client said, “flourish in ways that are unexpected, liberating, and wonderful”. They perform better than they ever dreamt at work, on fewer hours, have happier, more relaxed relationships, are healthier, and have more fun in the life of their choosing.
