🕯 Prey. Slay. Display. Dark Castle made a millennialized remake to House of Wax back in the 2000s, which was already a remake of Mystery at the Wax Museum (1933). Remake is a bit of a loose term here, however, as the movie is much more in the style of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise. That's not necessarily a bad thing though, and in this episode we are going to run through all the fun and entertaining ways that House of Wax both supersedes (and fails), while also comparing it to the other remakes of the time. We'll also nominate which characters we think were most deserving of death for The Cherry Picker. So stick around through til the end of the episode.
