Kaila Miller is a graduate student at the Sofia University perusing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Her goal is to obtain a License in Professional Counseling and a License in Marriage and Family Therapy. Sofia University represents a transpersonal school of thought where the Fathers of the humanistic theory went one step further with transpersonal approach to include Spirit in the mind body and soul essence of the humanistic theory.
She is fascinated by the growth in a person through change. She is writing a book titled, Am I Changed? The book details her time in a therapeutic boarding school at 16 years old. Kaila lives in the Bay Area, California with her husband and their four children. She loves her Brittany Spaniel puppy, Sedona. Kaila feels she can Hear Her through nature and self-compassion.
