When it comes to business, it’s hard to not let emotions get in the way. It’s natural to feel overwhelmed or frustrated in certain situations but when emotion starts to take a toll on your business, your decisions, and your team - that is when you need to start figuring out WHY you have these emotions.

Emotion is a form of energy. We feel angry or sad and that energy is shown through the actions we take either verbally or physically. As a leader, you have to always show up for your team, and learning how to harness your emotions and respond to situations instead of reacting is the key to great leadership and efficient business operations.
