Matthew (he/him) and Jo (they/them) bring the assorted storylines of “Shadowplay” into the light as they discuss Odo’s search for life among holograms, Kira’s search for a springball companion both on the court and in the bedroom and Jake’s search for a calling outside of Starfleet. Matthew asks if it is really a crime to steal (back) artifacts from a Cardassian museum and Jo rants about Kira being with a boring man while Dax is sitting right there and likens their dynamic to Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn.
