“ organisations recognise that if you get people when they are young and you get them to be a part of your organisation and show them that it is a great place to be done they will stay with you long-term. And you will solve your recruitment issue.. and get a bit of freelabour on the side!” and the same thing applies to charities and Volunteering.

“ try and be aware that when you said these requirements you will likely only get the same type of person through and that is not always helpful for the organisation”
