In the spirit of Thanksgiving, this week’s episode is inspired by our little tantrum-throwing “Turkeys” and 3 instances in my professional career - from one of my managers expecting us to clean up her mess to a customer demanding we pick up his wife for a vet appointment - dealing with adult tantrums and what I’ve learned from those situations that I now apply to my own business.
