Amy is an independent filmmaker passionate about storytelling. She studied environmental science and marine biology and worked for more than twenty years with non-profit organizations helping to shine a spotlight on social and ecological injustice issues.
Amy comes to the ALTBAYS Show to tell us what drove her to produce MILKED, an award-winning documentary that exposes the whitewash of New Zealand’s multi-billion-dollar dairy industry.
