Andrew is a member of one of the most traditional New Zealand families who settled in the Coromandel many years ago. He started cooking in 1985 and went to cooking school in 1988.
Andrew worked for many restaurants in the Coromandel and helped to get some of them started. He spent 16 years working in Auckland, and in 2020 decided to cross the ditch and start new adventures in Australia.
We welcome Andrew to chat about the food and hospitality industry, why so many kiwis move to Australia, driving in the desert at 130km/h to get to work, wild animals and much more!
