Meet Cody Muir
Cody plays for the Mercury Bay Rugby team and was the champion of the Thames-Valley, bringing home the McClinchy Memorial Cup in 2021.
He grew up in the Coromandel and is a full-time electrician who loves to sing, tell stories and have a laugh.
Cody is taking a break from having caffeine and alcohol and comes to ALTBAYS Show to talk about mental health issues among sportspeople and why we should not judge a book by its cover. Rugby players have feelings too.
