Meet Elvisa Van Der Leden
Elvisa is a conservationist, artist and new mum working towards a better future for her mokopuna.
With a background in media and conservation, she has been an elected Taranaki Regional Councillor, founding trustee of Creative Taranaki and worked for various grassroots environmental organizations as well as the Department of Conservation.
Elvisa is super passionate about people and environment and has hope that we all learn the importance of being a "better ancestor".
