Be Well Big Sky exists to help people overcome the mental health challenges associated with living in a mountain resort community. Founder Shannon Steele joins us to discuss the organization and its upcoming October 1st storytelling event, “Over, Under, or Through.” Be Well Big Sky utilizes an innovative network of local “navigators” to connect those in need with the resources that would benefit them. If you’ve ever found yourself struggling with substance abuse or thoughts of self-harm, Shannon’s message is important for you to hear.
