Ian Wisdom is a busy man in the run-up to the 11th Twyford Beer Festival, so we’re delighted that he took time out to have a chat. As the festival founder, who better to explain the reasons for starting it up in 2010, how much it has raised over the years for men’s cancer charity Orchid, what’s involved in organising the two-day event, and what visitors can expect this year. He also shares a touching anecdote from a past event that is a personal highlight for him.
