Vroom (also highlighted in episode 15):  :  A free resource for helping adults build strong brains in their little ones. Hundreds of example activities that are research-based and include how they support brain development. Available on a computer and available as a smartphone app. 

Healthy Children:  From the American Academy of Pediatrics, this resource covers youth information including Ages and Stages, Healthy Living, Safety and Prevention, Family Life, and others. 

 Bright By Text (look out for next week's podcast featuring Bright By Text) :    Adults can sign-up to receive helpful tips, activities, and events based on your child’s age and your location. Arapahoe Libraries uses this service to update local families about coming events and programs. Other libraries across the nation also use this service.
