Kevin grew up in Maine, living in a traumatic and often violent household. He stopped living at home with his parents beginning at the age of 8. He continued to overcome the odds; get knocked down and get back up again. Kevin refused to be defined and limited by the tough life he was born into.
Years after further stress and trauma from military tours served in a combat zone, Kevin began to recognize and consider a super power of sorts: The idea of Post Traumatic Growth and how it can propel us forward, rather than be a disorder that pulls us down.
He now brings that message and the tools to overcome to individuals and groups as a motivational speaker and personal development coach.
