Thomas Pfanner grew up in Eugene Oregon active in sports, playing high school football and wrestling.
A key turning point in Thomas’s life happened at the age of 18, when he became a father and had no relationship with his son’s mother within a month of his birth. Despite that lack of relationship, life became work, go to school and spend time with his son.
Five years later, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and 4 years after that a Master of Arts degree in teaching before becoming a middle school teacher and coach.
Thomas started the Dad’s Who Lead podcast focused on helping men unlock their inner warrior to win in the Game of Life, and recently began coaching and hosting events for fathers and sons.
