Joining me in the studio today is Kase Knockenhauer. You're going to enjoy hearing the colorful and varied background Kase brings to the show. His willingness to try new things that interest him and being willing to fail, learn, pivot and grow are matched by his belief that some things aren't meant to be and ego must be kept in check to prevent hanging on to ventures that simply don't serve you.
Kase grew up on the shores of Lake Michigan and initially wanted to become an engineer until he learned how detail oriented engineers had to be! Real estate came next and after trying the brokerage business he learned that it wasn't his cup of tea - investing and flipping was, so he made a pivot and his real estate business has exploded. His business ventures have also included purchasing and selling a commercial airline fuselage, a 42’ school bus, an ambulance, a tank, over 14 cubic yards of winter beanies, and over $900k in imported classic Land Rover Defenders.
Kase shares his willingness to try new things with the idea that making money in business should also be fun, while not making bets so big you can’t sleep at night.
